After a record turnout last month, CMC Social Climbing nights continue in August with gusto and vigour! ๐๐งโโ๏ธThat's right, with winter nights continuing to chill your single glazed over-crowded 1950's 'character home' to the bone, what better to do than join fellow CMCers for a spot of mid-week climbing and a beer!
Come along if you're a complete newbie or a seasoned pro, by yourself or with a friend - all welcome.
What? --> Indoor rock-climbing, with fixed top ropes (good for learning), and options to boulder or lead climb if you've got the approved licence. If you come solo we'll pair you up with someone when you arrive (thus you'll both climb and belay others).

- 9th August - NZAC and CMC collab - see event deets here! https://shorturl.at/qw9Dg (Note that this replaces the usual "1st Thursday of the month" CMC climbing night - an event not to be missed!)
- Thurs 14th - kicks off from 5.15pm, then for those who want to from ~7.15pm we'll go for a social drink at Moon Under Water* (5mins drive/bike up the road). *Note the venue of the pub is still TBC after we got told off last time when we booked for a table of 6-8, but turned up with 25! (Nothing some sweet-talk can't fix๐ )
Discounted entry for CMC members - $14. (Hire of harness/shoes additional)
