CMC Grief Group

Grief can feel incredibly isolating, but you do not have to carry it alone. This group is a welcoming space for anyone who is grieving the loss of a child — whether you are a parent, sibling, family member, close friend, or someone deeply impacted by that loss. It is simply a place to come as you are, be around others who understand, and find comfort in honest connection.

This is a casual, pressure-free, peer led support group with no set curriculum, no expectations, and no commitment required. You are welcome to share, listen, or simply sit in the room and be present. Meetings are the last Wednesday of each month.
