Club Pilates on The Lawn

Enjoy a 50-minute Mat Pilates class with instructor Arielle and strengthen your core, move to an upbeat playlist, and turn up the heat with a fun, spicy flow!

Please bring your own mat, water, and wear whatever workout clothes you feel most comfortable moving in!

The class will include:

• A full-body, low-impact workout suitable for all fitness levels
• Core strengthening and total-body toning
• Improved balance, flexibility, and mobility
• Mindful movement paired with energizing music
• A fun, supportive outdoor fitness experience

Please arrive by 6:15PM to check-in and setup your mat.

I specifically acknowledge and represent that I understand the hazards and risks associated with participation in this activity. Notwithstanding the foregoing risks, which I readily acknowledge by reserving a place in this Activity, I accept and assume full responsibility and risk for any and all injuries, illness or sickness, damages, and losses of any type, which may occur to me, and I hereby fully and forever release and discharge the Owner (Federal Realty Investment Trust) its insurers, employees, officers, directors, trustees, and agents, from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, present or future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated, or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of or connected in any way to my use of the Facility and the equipment therein. I expressly agree to indemnify and hold the Owner harmless against any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, of any person or entity, that may arise from injuries or damages sustained by me arising out of or connected in any way to my use of the Facility.
