Join us for an hour long complementary mat pilates class in partnership with Club Pilates Woodforest. The class will be taught by a comprehensively trained pilates instructor. Be sure to bring your own mat, water bottle and towel to set yourself up for a successful class. Class will be held at 10 AM.
