About this Event
CRISP & GREEN is teaming up with Club Pilates Front Range Village for a morning of movement, energy, and community.
Join us for an outdoor mat Pilates class led by instructor duo Trinity and Morgan, designed to help you strengthen, lengthen, and reset. This free all-levels class blends core work, balance, and breath to create a dynamic and approachable flow—whether you're new to Pilates or a regular on the reformer.
Expect a feel-good workout that builds strength, improves alignment, and leaves you feeling energized for the day ahead.
After class, stick around to connect with the community and enjoy salad and smoothie samples from CRISP & GREEN!
