🚗 Classic, vintage, retro & modern vehicles or motorcycles/motorbikes are all welcome to our meet up and it's free.
🤝 All you got to do, is just turn up in any vehicle but mark yourself attending on the event. This way, the club team can have an idea how many are turning up. You can also message us with your name, reg number and make & model of your vehicle for confirmations.
⚠️ Steps to follow when you arrive:
1) Park your vehicle at the back car park.
2) Greet fellow automotive enthusiasts and the club team members that have already arrived.
3) Please REGISTER your vehicle number plate at the entrance inside the pub and grab a drink. (New camera number plate registration has been fitted at entrance).
🍔/ 🍻 Food & drinks are available to purchase at the restaurant/bar. You may also ring in advance to reserve a table at the restaurant.
📸 Photography:
1) On the day club photography and images will be posted in the club Facebook & Instagram.
2) If anyone would like a set of photos of their vehicle please let us know in advance.
3) Any photographer/photography/or videography to be confirmed with admins team and if you haven't booked your services you may be refuse entry or ask to leave. This apply to drone users as well.
4) Please ask permission from parents or their legal guardian before including children in your photos. Some members may also feel uncomfortable having their photos taken.
🐶 Pets are welcome but please check with the venue we are visiting about their pets policy before bringing them. Please remember do NOT leave them unattended in your vehicles.
⛔ The club have the right of admission to our meet up, day trips & events. We may also refuse entry to anyone who makes others feel uncomfortable. Boyracers are NOT welcome and all our events/meet up are purely static.
