Club Cardio meets The Alt Fit Experience will be taking over the playlist and tag teaming the choreography to give you your daily dose of good vibes for the mind, body, and soul. Whether you need to twerk, rage, or just vibe out... we gotchu! The club lights will be ON, and judgement will be OFF, so grab your friends, and let's goooo!

Club Cardio offers a way to jumpstart a healthy lifestyle while learning and dancing in a positive environment. Torch calories and tone muscles by combining dance and fitness moves to high-energy hits from yesterday and today.
The Alt Fit Experience is a mind-body class that incorporates peace, love, and squats to an AMAZING alternative music playlist! Taught by guest instructor, Morgan Gardner, this class is truly one of a kind.
This class is a judgment-free zone, and all fitness levels are welcome and celebrated.
Club Cardio meets the Alt Fit Experience will be hosted in downtown Monroe, MI at 428 S. Monroe Street (Suite 207). Tickets can be purchased on the Club Cardio with Carley website here: https://www.clubcardiowithcarley.com/book
Light refreshments and an extended cool down stretch will be provided! Spots are limited.
$20 standard admission/$15 admission for Club Cardio VIP Class Pass holders
