Dust off your Hawaiian shirts and coconut bras, and shake your way downtown for our 2nd annual Club Cardio Beach Party- A dance fitness experience with a tropical twist! Enjoy a 60 minute Club Cardio class where we combine dance and fitness moves for a fun, full-body workout! The playlist will be inspired by all the sounds and good vibes that SUMMER brings! The last 10 minutes of class we will be cooling down with a mini yoga flow with Whitney from Tub Tea by Whitney, LLC. We will bring the tropical paradise to you as we relax and rejuvenate to the calming sounds of the ocean waves.
Lastly, what's a beach party without a refreshing treat or two?! Enjoy a complimentary fruit cup and make sure to stop by Nutrition Explosion in the lobby on your way out! She will have energizing tea bombs and yummy protein bites for purchase.
