It's getting very blue, fading towards black. Ghosts of loves past lurking around the corner. That stone in your stomach. A numb dullness, the memory of a feeling, a phantom emotion. A nothingness of an emptiness inside a hollowed-out shell. So you skulk on, mere skin stretched over darkness.Well. Skulk right in! We will make you feel welcome, we will salve your wounds. We will bathe you in the camaraderie of fellow lost souls. We will look you in the eye and there will be recognition. For you are we. And we will dance; we will revel; we will catch each other's eye, gingerly. And the Despairing One has no business here; we will turn Them away at the door.
For tonight, Holloween, is our night and we make of it what we please!
