Join us at CLTRE Gallery this First Friday for an evening celebrating contemporary art, cultural expression, and the creative voices that make our community unique.
We are excited to welcome you for two exhibition opening receptions featuring The Root Experience Exhibition alongside guest artist J.E. Hannum, bringing together distinct artistic perspectives and creative explorations.
This November, we are especially honored to host and partner with The Root Experience: Living Cultures of Art, Music & Soul, a three-day celebration amplifying BIPOC artists, filmmakers, musicians, culture bearers, and the stories that connect our communities.
In recognition of Native American Heritage Month, this gathering is an opportunity to celebrate Indigenous creativity, honor cultural identity, and create space for meaningful exchange through art. We believe galleries should be places where different perspectives are welcomed, stories are shared, and culture is experienced rather than simply observed.
WHAT TO EXPECT ON FIRST FRIDAY
• Opening receptions featuring guest artist J.E. Hannum
• Original contemporary artwork and new exhibition experiences
• An opportunity to meet the artists and connect with the creative community
• An introduction to The Root Experience Exhibit and its upcoming three-day festival
