CLT Gluten Freedom: TWO full days of gluten-free wood-fired pizza and beer!

Gluten-free friends, rejoice! On Tuesday, 11/12 and Wednesday, 11/13 from Noon-10pm, Monday Night Brewing Garden Co. is giving you total Gluten Freedom!

*Please note that this is for our Garden Co. location in Charlotte, NC.

PIZZA: Our Neapolitan pizza kitchen will be serving up our pies with 100% gluten-free dough, nearly indecipherable from our regular light and airy crust (save for the exclusion of gluten!). *We also now offer wings, which will also be 100% GF!

BEERS: We'll be pouring our Gluten Free Pilsner, Placebo Pils. *We also offer GF seltzer and cider by the can.

100% GF: We will be providing 100% gluten-free service for this one day only. As many people with a gluten intolerance know it's tough for a pizza place to manage cross-contamination. For that reason, our team is shutting down the kitchen early the night before to do a total cleaning of our oven, kitchen, and prep station. Gluten be gone (for a day... or two)! *Vegan cheese available upon request!

DESSERTS: We've teamed up with a couple of local dessert vendors too! Just Cookies will be on-site from 5-9pm on Tuesday the 24th with GF and Vegan Cookies. Seemingly Overzealous will be on-site 5-9pm on Wednesday the 25th with GF Ice Cream!

Gluten Freedom Night is an endeavor close to our hearts. With many friends and family who suffer from gluten intolerance, we want to provide a stress-free night of high quality beer and pizza.

HOW IT WORKS:

We will be offering our full menu of pizzas with the exception being that they will all be cooked with our gluten free dough for this one day. If you have been disappointed by gluten free pizza in the past we challenge you to come try this - honestly most people won't be able to even tell the difference between this and our regular pizzas.

Due to the long process it takes for making this dough and limited capacity we are asking people to reserve their number of pizzas and dining time via Eventbrite. These are free reservations for the number of pizzas you will consume (you show your reservation and be able to then place your pizza order at the event). These reservations will guarantee you a pizza but if you are not able to make it simply cancel the ticket so that someone else can claim that spot.

Each pizza will be approximately 12" and feeds 1-2 people per pie.
