Join us for this 8 month journey into the depths of yoga asana, philosophy, chakras, breathwork, anatomy, personal growth and more.
Become a certified yoga teacher and share your knowledge with others, or simply do the course for your own growth.
This will be our 8th training program with over 70 graduates out there shining their light.
8 weekends a month including a weekend retreat at Prairie Woods.
September-April
Saturday's 9-6pm
Sunday's 9-6pm
Plus some pop up zoom classes to deep dive.
