Come join us for a day of sistership at Illuminations in Cedar Rapids, IA, USA. Pour your love and energy back into yourself with a day full of self-care, empowerment, and connection with other amazing women. This in-person event facilitated by Laina Pilkenton is the perfect opportunity to unwind, recharge, and focus on your well-being while supporting other local, women-owned businesses.

Agenda includes:

• Renewing guided meditation and sound bath
• Reiki circle
• Drumming for grounding and healing
• Information about and discussion of various Goddesses from multiple traditions
• Information about and discussion of healing and feminine herbs
• A guided journey to invoke your Goddess Archetype, Divine Feminine Archangel, and Divine Feminine healing herb
• Making your own herbal essential oil roller to support the Divine Feminine within you

Included in your day:

• Nourishing snacks
• A 60-minute lunch hour (lunch not provided)
