To guarantee an esteemed and quality experience, all items will undergo a meticulous screening process. For each item that successfully passes the screening, you'll be awarded a Glam ticket. In the event that your items aren't deemed suitable for swapping, you have the option to either reclaim them or leave them with us for responsible recycling. These Glam tickets are your exclusive currency for the swap, serving as the key to checking out after you've curated your selections.
