Our semi-annual Clothing Swap is making a return for Fall! Bring the old and leave with new. Although fall and cool weather clothing are encouraged, feel free to bring any items you're hoping to find a new home for in exchange for helping someone else do the same. Free and welcome to all. For smooth swapping, here are some tips:
- Don't even fuss with hangers. Simply bring them folded and/or separated to be ready to swap.
- Bins, boxes, & bags = BFFS :) Overall, containers to place swaps in are best to keep everything as orderly as possible.
- Bring as little or as much as you'd like, but note that bringing too little might make you wish you brought more and bulk might be more cumbersome for you to sift through and exchange. 10-20 pieces seems to be a sweet spot.
- Limit items with any stains or tears, but no need to avoid entirely. Simply note to tell, as one's trashy dress could be another's DIY mending treasure.
