Clothing Swap by The Swap Club

We’re redefining how people consume by enabling our members to exchange belongings through a digital wallet system. Instead of spending money, you earn points from items you no longer need and use those points to shop for new pieces at our events. It's sustainability made simple, fun, and affordable!

Join us at DB55 in the heart of Amsterdam Houthavens, a purpose-driven space where creativity, community, and conscious design come together.

✔ Bring Your Items :Bring up to 10 gently used items, good condition clothing, shoes, bags, accessories, unused jewelry, or unopened cosmetics.

✔ Drop Off Your Items :Item check-in happens during the event, first 30 min of your chosen time slot.

✔ Earn Points : Your items are assessed on-site and points are added to your digital wallet via a personal QR code.

✔ Swap & Enjoy : Use your points to “shop” for new-to-you items—and take home pieces you love!

✔ Keep Swapping: Your unused points stay in your wallet and can be used at future events, which happen 3 times per month.

Session 1: Drop-off 14:30–15:00 | Swap 15:00–16:00

Session 2: Drop-off 16:00–16:30 | Swap 16:30–17:30

What’s accepted for swap: clean, good-condition clothing and accessories. New condition shoes, jewelry, and unopened cosmetics.

Not accepted: damaged, stained, pilled, or worn-out items, used shoes, untagged underwear, or swimwear.

👩 This edition welcomes both men's and women's clothing.

Alongside the swap, you can choose to take part in one of the workshops on offer.

Supriya Gupta will be hosting a hands-on mending workshop — a chance to give your clothes a second life by learning simple repair techniques. Whether it’s fixing a tear, sewing on a button, or refreshing a well-loved piece, this workshop is a great way to build practical skills and embrace a more sustainable approach to fashion. 🪡

Britt Molenkamp, creator of the NOTT hand-crocheted bags, will be hosting a crochet workshop. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already have some experience, this session is designed to help you slow down, learn something new, and connect with others in a cozy setting. 🧵
