Closing the Gaps: Partner Strategy Roundtable
About this Event
Organizations supporting businesses are often working toward the same goals from different directions. This facilitated working session brings regional partners together to examine what resources already exist, where efforts may overlap, what needs may be falling through the gaps, and where stronger collaboration could create greater impact.
Rather than another presentation about individual programs and services, participants will work together to look at the broader business-support ecosystem and ask: What do businesses need? Who is already addressing it? What is missing? And where can we work together more effectively?
Bullet Point Objectives of the Workshop
- Identify gaps in the current business-support ecosystem
- Examine where programs, services, or resources may overlap
- Identify business needs that may not currently be addressed
- Explore opportunities for stronger partnerships and referrals
- Improve connections between existing resources and the businesses that need them
- Identify 2–3 collaborative “needle movers” that could create meaningful regional impact
- Establish practical next steps for continued collaboration
