We’re excited to host our friend and local academy owner, Sensei Scot Schwichow, for a Knife Defense Seminar focused on awareness, safety, and age-appropriate self-defense.This is taught in a friendly, structured way with a big emphasis on:
Awareness & prevention (avoidance is the goal)
Creating distance + getting to safety
Simple, practical defensive options if avoidance isn’t possible
✅ Training is hands-on (and safe): We’ll use rubber/plastic training knives provided during the seminar.
✅ Who: PAMA students ages 7 and up
✅ When: Saturday, March 14th | 12:00–1:00 PM
✅ Where: Pendergrass Academy of Martial Arts
✅ Cost: $35 per student
✅ Limit: 30 attendees (first come, first served)
👕 What to wear: PAMA No-Gi attire or PAMA Gi
