7/22 - “Top Shelf” the upper body focused and whole body mat Pilates session. Hours at your desk can leave your neck tight, shoulders rounded, and upper back feeling stiff. Undo the hunched over shoulders and stretch the upper body, even fingers to prevent carpal tunnel and frozen shoulder syndrome from working hard. 7/29 - “Desk To Defined” the whole body mat Pilates exercises to sculpt and strengthen. Whether you work from home, spend your day at a desk, or just need to give your body some love, this class is your weekly reset. Eye patch masks provided by Mocha Kissed.

8/5 - “Peach Project” Sitting all day can leave your glutes "asleep," your hips tight, and your lower back doing all the work. This class is designed to wake everything back up with Pilates based movements that strengthen your glutes, improve hip mobility, and build a stronger, more supported lower body. 8/12 - “Built, Not Bought” consistency looks great on YOU! We've opened the chest, strengthened the glutes, and now it's time to bring it all together.
