Cyclists of all abilities are invited to join The Little Nell for Clip-In, our signature cycling camp, from Monday, September 9, to Friday, September 13, 2024. Former pro cyclist Christian Vande Velde is returning to host our camp for his 11th year. As a pro, Christian competed in most major cycling events including the World Cup, two Olympic Games, and all three Grand Tours including eleven Tours de France (with two team victories and 4th and 7th best finishes). Currently, Christian works as an analyst for NBC Sports, commentating on the Tour de France and the Olympics, and is a guest instructor for Peloton. Joining Christian is former pro cyclist Bobby Julich, originally from Glenwood Springs just down the road from Aspen, who raced professionally for 16 years, winning stages in both the Tour de France and Giro d'Italia, as well as an Olympic silver medal in 2004. Bobby now writes a weekly column for Velo commenting on races, hot topics, innovations, and everything in between. Former pro cyclist Travis McCabe rounds out the pros. Known for his exceptional skills and achievements in competitive cycling, Travis has proven himself as a force to be reckoned with, accumulating 3 national criterium championships, over 21 professional road victories, and numerous podiums.
At Clip-In, you’ll ride Aspen's most scenic routes with support the entire way from the pros, our official bike sponsor Ventum, and Little Nell staff. You’ll be outfitted on top-of-the-line NS1 Ventum bikes or their new e-bike, the ES1. A Ventum bike fitter and mechanic will ensure optimal performance and comfort. In addition, riders will be equipped with unique custom kits for each of the three days; a helmet and sunglasses; fuel and hydration supplements; and additional accessories and a gear bag.
In Little Nell fashion, exceptional culinary and wine experiences are a part of the itinerary that take place at the hotel, at the ASPENX Mountain Club atop Aspen Mountain, and at a scenic destination offsite (unless opting for riding only).

A variety of ways to participate are offered to accommodate all interests, ranging from staying at The Little Nell on a Full Camp Pass to riding or dining or a combination of both.Full Camp Pass participants receive 40% off accommodation at The Little Nell or at our sister property, The Limelight Aspen.

Full Camp Pass | $3,600
This pass is for a guest who wishes to stay at The Little Nell and is planning on attending all camp events. Should you have a second guest who would like to join, they are welcome to stay with you, and to participate in the camp they will need to purchase an add-on of the Riding & Dining Pass, the Riding Only Pass, or the Dining Only Pass. Cycling Camp participants receive 40% off our best available rate for accommodation. Please note a four-night minimum stay is required.

- Guided, scenic rides over three days through Aspen and the surrounding area – all supported by pros, staff, and a support vehicle.
- As our official bike sponsor for 2024, Ventum is providing the use of their state-of-the-art NS1 road bikes of ES1 electric bike. Please plan to bring your own shoes and pedals.
- Three custom cycling kits from Pedal Mafia and a helmet, plus a gear bag filled with cycling accessories and surprises.
- Hydration drinks and road snacks for each ride.
- Photos are taken each day and at most events – provided afterward for you to keep, print and share.

Riding + Dining Pass | $3,800
This pass is for a guest not staying at The Little Nell and is planning on attending all camp events.

- Guided, scenic rides over three days through Aspen and the surrounding area – all supported by pros, staff, and a support vehicle.
