Laura Staley is a columnist for BizCatalyst 360˚ and (her column is called, “Write for Good”), the author of four books (, , , and the Cherish Your World Gift Book of 100 Tips to Enhance Your Home and Life). Her essay, “He Had me at Mary Oliver,” was published in the best-selling anthology, . And her essay, “My Son and Me,” was published in .

She has been a full-time parent and an assistant professor at Ohio Wesleyan University. She has a Ph.D. in political science from The Ohio State University. Her joys include laughing with loved ones, dancing, reading, meditating, running, being in nature, and listening to music.
