We strive to provide a comprehensive understanding of important factors
in providing ethical supervision to help your supervisees acquire
their independent licensure in the state of Iowa.
You will receive helpful handouts to assist you in developing a structure and adequate evaluative criteria for your supervision practice.
Please be prepared to engage, practice and get your questions answered!

Lindsay is passionate about guiding the next generation of mental health providers through the transition from graduate school to full licensure. She has over 8 years of clinical supervisory experience with both interns and provisionally licensed folks. With the aim of supporting the mental health community, Lindsay began training clinicians to supervise in 2020.
Lindsay will provide an overview of the Iowa requirements, ethical components of supervising, and support for organizing your supervision services.
