Then This Workshop Is For You !

Clinical Supervisors utilise a range of skills to support, develop and guide others. This one-day workshop will focus on different theoretical and practical themes in supervision. Our trainers will demonstrate and discuss key skills for areas such as building rapport, probing and challenging and providing feedback in both individual and group sessions.

How Will I Learn?

Sessions take place F2F with a maximum of 8 delegates. Our facilitators utilise a mixture of presentations , group work and experiential learning approaches, to demonstrate and practice. There will be an opportunity to share ideas and experiences.

What Will I Learn?

By the end of this workshop you will have a deeper understanding of what clinical supervision and support is and why it is relevant. We will help you to gain confidence in facilitation and clinical reflective skills.

Suitable for

This course is for new supervisors who are qualified nurses and AHP’S ( with at least one year post registration experience ) and includes both, pre-course eLearning and a one day face-to-face session.

• Payment must be made before the course commences. We reserve the right to cancel a booking in the case of non-receipt of payment.
• Joining instructions will be sent via email two to four weeks before the course commences.

• In the event of a cancellation: A charge of 25% of the course fee will be made for cancellations up to 6 weeks prior to the workshop date; a charge of 50% of the course fee will be made between 4 and 6 weeks prior to the workshop; no refund will be given for cancellation within 4 weeks of the workshop; suitable replacement delegates will be accepted up to 3 working days prior to the course.
