About this Event

You'll learn how to accurately review clinical presentations through an evidence-based model incorporating diet, nutrition, and lifestyle medicine. Participants will gain a strategic clinical approach to developing targeted interventions utilising dietary, nutraceutical, and lifestyle strategies, heavily emphasising clinical applications to cross-reactivity, barrier integrity, and immune modulation.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

1. Identify Red Flags & History: Master key principles of conducting a targeted clinical history and physical examination to spot early signs of autoimmunity.
2. Order & Interpret Diagnostics: Understand how to strategically order and interpret specific laboratory tests, including T-cell, B-cell, and antibody testing.
3. Trace Pathogenic Mechanisms: Understand the fundamental concepts of autoimmunity, including molecular mimicry, cross-reactivity, haptenation, and barrier degradation (intestinal and blood-brain barriers).
4. Implement Targeted Interventions: Develop actionable clinical strategies using evidence-based dietary proteins, nutraceuticals, and lifestyle modifications to manage environmental, infectious, and endogenous triggers.
