Clinical Implant & Periodontal Therapy Mini Residency Program
𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬:
By the end of the program, participants will be able to:
* Diagnose and classify periodontal and peri-implant diseases
* Develop comprehensive perio-implant treatment plans
* Perform non-surgical and surgical periodontal therapy
* Understand implant case selection and risk assessment
* Apply principles of atraumatic extraction and ridge preservation
* Execute implant placement protocols with restorative-driven planning
* Manage peri-implant soft tissues for functional and esthetic outcomes
* Recognize and manage biological and prosthetic complications
* Interpret CBCT imaging for implant planning
* Establish long-term maintenance protocols for implants and periodontal stability
𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬:
Course Duration : 2 Months
Schedule : the instructors will coordinate the detailed schedule, and the session dates will be arranged directly with the applicants.
Timing: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Tentative Starting Date: 15 July 2026
Delivery Method : Hybrid (On campus classroom and online sessions for theoretical session, dental clinic for practical demonstration)
Facilities Required by Learner : dental implants and prosthetics for treated patients
Prerequisite : Basic surgical knowledge
