Clinical Hypnotherapy - Reduction of Anxiety and Stress

This in-person group session offers a gentle and therapeutic introduction to clinical hypnotherapy, designed to support relaxation and reduce stress and anxiety.

You’ll be guided through a calm, focused process using relaxation, breathing, and therapeutic imagery.

You remain aware and in control throughout, and nothing is expected of you other than to rest and listen.

This session is suitable for people new to hypnotherapy as well as those who have experienced it before, and offers a supportive space to pause, reset, and reconnect with a sense of calm and inner balance.

Clinical hypnotherapy is a complementary therapeutic approach that uses guided relaxation and focused attention to support positive emotional change, similar to CBT. It is only for those aged over 8 years old.

It is a calm, conscious experience, similar to the relaxed state just before sleep. You will hear everything that is said and remain fully in control at all times. This is not stage hypnosis.

You do not need to talk, share personal experiences, or discuss how you are feeling during this session. Participation simply involves listening and allowing yourself to relax.

Clinical hypnotherapy works best when approached with openness and willingness to engage. If you feel strongly that this approach is not for you, this session may not be the right fit.
