Welcome to our Group Hypnotherapy Class! Immerse yourself in a supportive environment where expert guidance leads you to deep relaxation, aiding in reducing symptoms related to irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

The class includes:

-A description of hypnosis and explaning the process and benefits

-Approximately 30 minutes of Hypnosis where YOU are in complete control

-20-30 minutes of time for sharing, processing and questions
