Join this event to hear first-hand from Adam Kohlbeck and Chris Passey, two recent alumi of NITE's MA in Educational Leadership, about the transformative impact of their master's degree, both on their school leadership and their work in the wider educational ecosystem.
Adam and Chris have both been published in peer reviewed journals, spoken at various conferences around the UK, been recognised with peer nominated awards and are committed to broadening the educational conversation. It all started with their MA.
Hear all about how they used the experience to supercharge their leadership and careers, working together to place their learning from the master's at the core of everything they now do.

Adam and Chris met in the process of completing their MA in Educational Leadership with NITE. They have gone on to found the think tank EduPulse with the mission of broadening the conversation. Their debut book, Succeeding as a Deputy Headteacher, is out in January 2026 and you can hear their thoughts on all things education on the EduPulse and Educoach podcasts.
