Spend the day surrounded by like minded dentists, and inspired thinkers, striving to be their best. To The Top Study Club brings the dentists in the ACT Dental community together, in the same room, fostering friendships, mentorships, and the amazing ability to and help one another learn and grow.

**Q4 will focus on - Success by Design: The Power of Strategic Planning

Objectives:

1. Enhance scheduling efficiency and patient flow to maximize production and collections by applying effective time management techniques and schedule analysis to create an ideal day plan for increased productivity
2. Develop strategies to differentiate the practice through implementing internal marketing strategies and maximize the return on investment of external marketing efforts and integrate supportive internal systems.
3. Understand and analyze true profitability within the practice to identify areas for improvement and set actionable goals to enhance the financial health and profitability of the practice.
4. Learn about the potential impact of a function and accountability chart and its applications for improved team performance and development, now and in the future.

*Be sure to join us on Thursday evening for dinner at Stella Van Buren. 550 N Van Buren St, Milwaukee, WI 53202. There will be a shuttle to take you to and from Stella picking you up from the Journeyman Hotel. Please be sure to meet in the lobby of the Journeyman around 6-615pm to get on the shuttle. Join us at 6:30pm for a happy hour with complementary cocktails. Dinner starts at 7pm. Come mingle and enjoy a fine dining experience with Kirk and the ACT team.

Air Travel / Closest Airports:

• Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (MKE) - 6.4 miles. The typical fare between the airport and downtown Milwaukee will cost between $18 and $25. If you are using a ride sharing service like Uber and Lyft, you will have to wait to be picked up in the designated location near Baggage Claim 2.
• Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) - 73 miles. ACT Dental can recommend a few car services or car rental services are available to/from this airport.-Coach USA provides coach roundtrip charter bus service from the O’Hare airport to the Amtrak Intermodal Train Station in Milwaukee (½ mile from the ACT Headquarters).
