CLIMATE: T'Articulation's July Spoken Word Event

About this Event

The topic for our July event is 'Climate', but you are not hide-bound to write something ecological, although there will be a good deal of that. No, after all, the staffroom can be very frosty, or you may have something about a climate of rebellion, facetiousness, or fear.

All are welcome, from novice writers/performers to the much more experienced. How better to learn the ropes, or to measure how your writing will be received by an audience? We promise we are both encouraging and supportive.

Expect to hear from our regulars, humourists and ranters amongst them, some of whom have been with us for more than eight years (we think we're still alive), and we always have a smattering of new voices. It would be great if one of those was yours, but you can also just come along to listen, or to see if you fancy it next time.

There is no entrance or performance fee, but we do ask that you buy at least one drink from the bar. They have an excellent range of beers, cider and spirits, but can also do tea and coffee at very reasonable prices for those who don't want the usual pub offerings.
