About this Event
Join us in-person or online! This presentation reflects on a two-year Columbia National Center for Disaster Preparedness initiative supporting three Chilean municipalities in developing and implementing Municipal Climate Action Plans through technical assistance, capacity building, and participatory planning tools.
As the project nears its close, we share key results — including methodology guides, training outputs, and survey findings on municipal capacity gaps — alongside lessons learned from working at the local level in a shifting national policy landscape. We also outline opportunities to extend this work and sustain local climate action beyond the life of the project.
