· seeking a shared, science-based climate understanding across teams

· preparing for or supporting strategy, risk, or transition discussions

· looking to engage staff in a credible, structured way

Typical participants include:

· teams across all levels of the organisation (no prior climate expertise required)

· leadership teams

· sustainability / ESG leads

· HR / People & Culture / onboarding new employees

· cross-functional teams

A Climate Fresk workshop helps organisations:

· build a shared understanding of climate science and its cause+effect dynamics

· connect climate impacts to organisational risk and context

· strengthen internal conversations and alignment

· 3-hour facilitated workshop

· Up to 16 participants per session (scalable across teams)
