Climate Cafe Jersey City: Clothing Swap Party

Join us for our Jersey City Climate Cafe with a Clothing Swap and Sustainable Potluck. Connect with your climate community and refresh your wardrobe!

Bring your best hot dish, baked goods, and secret family recipes. We want to focus on sustainable recipes that are vegan, gluten free, nut-free, organic, and more.

We will discuss the impacts of the fashion industry on climate change and how we can get involved with sustainable fashion.

Bring along up to 5 clothing items in good condition for our swap. You have the chance to show and exchange your items. Discover hidden treasures and give a new life to pre-loved items.

We request a suggested $10-20 donation, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds. The venue's address will be emailed to attendees in advance of the event.

SWAP RULES

Only bring a maximum of 5 clothing items to the event. All clothing and other items must be in good condition and be clean and neat. No odors or stains that cannot be removed. All items will be inspected before accepting. All brands, shapes and sizes are welcomed. Accessories and jewelry are acceptable.

If you are dropping off donations before the event, please call to (929) 686-7495 to arrange drop off.
