Clifton Strengths 3-Day Coaching Course C6

This 3-day coaching course is designed to:

- Help you as leaders understand and have confidence in your own unique strengths.

- Support you to use your strengths to see and do things differently that make it easier for people to be active.

- Build a culture of focussing on what’s strong and to build on the personal assets within organisations, teams and the system.

Following the course, you will be expected to deliver hands-on coaching to your colleagues within your workplace. There will also be an Alumni Coaching Network available to you to access the support and ideas you may need to embed this as part of your organisational culture.
