About this Event
We started this group as we wanted to create a community for women who have, or would like to have their own creative or wellbeing business. Our aim is to provide you with a relaxed, inspiring and helpful place in which you can connect with others who are on similar journeys; a place in which you can offer mutual support, share knowledge and enjoy delving into the challenges and rewards that come with building a business.
Our community is here to support you; to help you to make new connections, friends and potentially people to collaborate with. It is designed to be a circle of support for you in both your professional and personal life. We wanted to create something special which would help you to feel, and be, at your best, as you build your business and juggle the demands that life and work bring, in a way which feels nurturing, stimulating and fun.
We work with women who recognise that taking care of their own wellbeing is essential if they are to maintain their sense of wellbeing as they build their business. We are committed to creating a truly supportive, engaged and enjoyable community which offers us the space to be individuals and explore how best to take care of ourselves, share ideas, knowledge and support one another.
We recognise the vital role that nature plays, in offering a supportive environment which will stimulate and calm our brain, helping us to think more clearly and feel better in so many ways.
And so we invite you to join us to find some inspiration, have some fun, and participate in what is already proving to be a positive environment for our own wellbeing and for our businesses.
Walking together is a lovely way to connect and outdoor settings are a brilliant way to encourage natural conversations. We will walk at a comfortable pace for everyone. We'll occasionally pause and give you the opportunity to naturally mix and speak to others in the group, relax and enjoy your surroundings. There won't be any formal elevator pitches-just relaxed discussions, where you will have plenty of opportunity to share your business with others, and learn about theirs.
Our walks are designed to be an enriching and enjoyable experience for all.
Come & walk with us in & around Clent Hills as we explore the national trust beautiful loaction all with stunning views.
Nimmings Wood car park, Hagley Wood Lane, near Romsley, Worcestershire, B62 0NL
A stunning countryside haven in the heart of the busy Midlands
The easy access path from Nimmings Wood car park (Hagley Wood Lane) will be the best route if you have a wheelchair, this path is also red sandstone (compacted gravel). The pathways are made of red sandstone and the paths can be uneven with natural trip hazards and muddy in wet weather.
Explore the miles of footpaths, bridleways and easy access trails offering breathtaking panoramic views over the Cotswolds, Shropshire Hills and Welsh borders.
Wonder at the 18th-century follies which form the backdrop to the picturesque Hagley Hall.
Walk to Walton Hill, a little off the beaten track, for a more tranquil area. Find peace and quiet or get closer to nature at the wildlife hide; Walton Hill is an important area for breeding birds and rare insects.
Discover the myths, legends, bloody battles and early tourism ventures in the region.
The Nimmings cafe is famous for its hearty sandwiches, just what you want after a refreshing walk. This is where we will have time to chat with each other after our beautiful netwalk.
