Clemmons Rotary's TOAST to the Holidays - Tanglewood Stroll #TOAST2025

Clemmons Rotary's TOAST to the Holidays is the perfect event for families, walkers, strollers, or wagoners of all ages and abilities to experience the Totally Outstanding & Awesome Festival of Lights from a completely different perspective.

The walk is approximately 1.3 miles and will take you past all your favorite Christmas Light displays. Enjoy hot beverages and treats from food trucks, fun activities, plus pictures with Santa.

The gates will open at 5:00pm for parking (use the back gate off Idols Road). The walking trail will be open from 5:30-9:30pm Advance Ticket Purchase is required. There WILL NOT be tickets available at the event. Your ticket will allow admission to the event at a specific time, 5:30 or 7:00pm. There will be no tickets sold at the door this year and tickets available in each time slot are limited, so make your purchase early.

This fundraising event will be held "Rain or Shine" — no refunds will be offered. If the conditions in our community make it unsafe or unwise to host this event, we will cancel the event, notify you and refund the ticket price. Eventbrite fees are not refundable.

$50 Per Car and a car is defined by a vehicle that fits within a single legal parking space (so don't show up in a party bus ;-) This ticket covers all people in your car.

$20 Per Individual - this is to account for just 2 adults in a car. An Adult is anyone 13 or older. If there are more than 2 people over the age of 13 in your car, the Per Car Ticket is the better value. Children 12 and under are free.

All attendees MUST use the back gate of Tanglewood (off Idols Rd.) Directions to the Back Gate Entrance from the Front Gate Entrance of the park:

• Turn right onto HWY 158/Clemmons Road.
• In approximately 1.5 miles, turn right onto Middlebrook Road.
• For 1.5 miles stay on Middlebrook Rd until it comes to a stop and there are train tracks in front of you.
• Turn right onto Idols Road.
• In approximately 1 mile stay on Idols Road. There will be a red and white sign that says TANGLEWOOD.
• Turn right and you have made it to the back entrance of the park.
