Clear your head and connect with nature at Parkbathe walk in Cambuslang
About this Event
ParkBathe is a citizen-science project providing mindful walks and nature connection to improve the health and wellbeing of people who might not normally engage in wellness activities. ParkBathe uses aspects of 'forest bathing', forest school and mindfulness and involves walking slowly in a local green space whilst noticing our surroundings (no water is involved!)
What to expect?
This 1 hr guided session will consist of a small group (max 12 people) in Cambuslang. Please arrive a few minutes early. This session is run by Get Walking Lanarkshire.
Wear warm layers, comfortable shoes and wet weather gear as required (we go out in the rain!). Please bring water/snacks/suncream according to the season.

We encourage everyone to take public transport to the start of the walk. There is a bus stop on Bridge Street for bus numbers 64, 164, 364 or on Main Street for buses 7A, 64, 164, 263, 267, 364. Cambuslang train station is just a short walk away from the starting point.
If you are coming by car, there is a car park available at Morrisons.

Get Walking Lanarkshire organises free weekly health walks across Lanarkshire. Walks are no longer than an hour, led by trained volunteers on risk-assessed paths. It’s a great way to meet new friends, get some fresh air and improve mental and physical health.
