Join the RFY community for an evening of renewal, ceremony and cleansing! This special gathering is an opportunity to shed the heaviness of winter and step into a season of growth with clarity and joy. Whether you are looking for a fresh start, commitment to growth, or a reminder of your brilliance- this is it. Come celebrate the wholeness that the Equinox reminds us: equal parts Light and Dark!Friday, March 20th, we'll gather at the event space of City Mills Hotel to take in the sounds and views of the mighty river, and begin the evening with an all levels yoga class led by Toni Lum, ERYT500. Special guest Jeffrey Oakman, aka Sonic Wellness, will accompany class and set the mood with his healing sounds of flute, handpan and Tibetan and crystal bowls.
Following class, we will honor the Equinox with a special cleansing ceremony with a take home gift.
All ages, levels and *non-yogis and yogis welcomed!
