Cleaning and Sanitation for the Blueberry Industry

This interactive workshop provides fruit and vegetable growers an overview of information useful for developing and implementing an effective cleaning and sanitizing program. During this workshop, we will review basic cleaning and sanitation practices that can be implemented on farms to reduce food safety risks. Presentations will be supplemented with demonstrations of cleaning procedures and verification methods applicable to farms - from the field through the packing house.
