Clean Water Act (CWA) Public Engagement Session - Saint John

The Department of Environment and Local Government is hosting public engagement sessions on the Review and Update of the New Brunswick Clean Water Act and its regulations.

These sessions will provide an opportunity to discuss the Clean Water Act and its regulations – their scope, what could be improved and whether they reflect the needs and expectations of New Brunswickers today. Participants will be asked to provide input to help shape changes to the Clean Water Act and related regulations.

Who should attend?

• Members of the public, community and organizations interested in water and the legislative framework that supports it

• Students, educators, and professionals in environmental fields related to water quality and quantity
