The annual Clean Up Bedford Day is on Saturday, April 11 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Volunteers of all ages are invited to participate.Supplies will be provided, such as litter pickers, trash and recycle bags, and gloves. Water and snacks will be provided, as well.
Meet at the Bedford Library (2424 Forest Ridge Dr.) at 9 a.m. to pick up supplies and location assignments.
Specific areas targeted for cleaning are major streets, parks, parking lots, City Hall, the Police and Fire Stations, as well as the Post Offices, Library, Old Bedford School and other public areas.
