About this Event
Introducing Clay Stillness: a mindful, tactile clay experience centered on touch, softness and presence.
Yoga teacher Daniela Agius and ceramic artist Sanna Pöyhönen merge their energies to host this unique event in Atelier Ainoa.
In the 2.5-hour session, we explore raw, unfired clay as a grounding material. We connect to our own breath through different techniques, with a gentle invitation to slow down and feel. A full sensory experience.
No pressure to create anything permanent.
Just hands meeting earth in silence.
A space to slow down.
To breathe.
To feel.
To let go.
And to return the clay gently back to the cycle when we’re done.
