Come get your hands in the clay and create a pumpkin that’s completely your own! 🍂
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to hand-build your very own pumpkin from clay—no pottery experience needed! Shape it, add texture, and give it your own personality. Go classic, tall and wonky, perfectly plump, or create a whimsical gourd. No two will be exactly alike!
After building, your pumpkin will need approximately 2 weeks to dry and receive its first kiln firing. Once it’s ready, come back to Portagree Pottery at your convenience to glaze it in the colors of your choice. We’ll fire it one final time, and you’ll have a handmade fall piece to enjoy year after year.
