Ready to get your hands dirty (in a cute way)?

This beginner-friendly clay class is all about rolling, coiling, and creating something totally handmade — start to finish. You’ll craft your own hanging wall plaque using simple handbuilding techniques that are easy to learn and wildly satisfying.

The shamrock is just the inspo. Want a different lucky symbol? A funky shape? A meaningful design? We love that for you.

Photos show the techniques we’ll demonstrate in class — but your piece will have its own personality. That’s the magic.

We provide everything you need: clay, tools, instruction, and encouragement.

Important: This is handbuilding (not wheel throwing). No Ghost moments here — just you and the clay.

Ceramics is beautifully unpredictable. Sometimes clay has ✨ main character energy ✨ and may crack, warp, separate at the joins, or break in the kiln. While we guide you every step of the way, we can’t guarantee outcomes — part of the charm is embracing the process.

$40 per person
($10 deposit to hold your seat, remaining balance due in studio the day of class.)

This is a one-part experience. During your visit you’ll:
• Handbuild your plaque
• Choose your glaze color

Then we dry it, fire it, glaze it, and fire it again so it’s ready to hang proudly on your wall.

🕒 Turnaround time: approx. 4–6 weeks

⏳ Class length: 1–1.25 hours

Suggested for ages 14+
Ages 12+ welcome with adult assistance (clay does require some hand strength).
Guests 14 and under must be accompanied by a participating adult and spectators are not permitted.
