ππ πΊπππππ for an intimate solo setup of ππππππ, ππππππ, πππππ and πππππ. Born out of solitary forest, seaside and mountain dwellings during lockdown, the album marks a return to the origins of Claudiaβs composing practices: a world of sound that she could create and retreat to entirely on her own. Never shy of crossing borders between genres, traditions and conventions, this πππππππππππππ πππ π ππ ππππ-ππππππππ πππππ ππππ ππππππππππππ ππππππππ tells of unfinished love stories, the yearning to be left alone, or diverse βwhat ifβ scenarios of re-crafting our lifestyles.
Claudia has produced two solo CDs: π¨ππππ πΊπππ π (2014) and π¨ππππ π΄πππππππ (2017). She was commissioned to write for the National Concert Hall in collaboration with Sounding the Feminists in 2019 and was awarded a Next Generation Bursary Award from the Irish Arts Council (2019).
