Hi I’m Marcus,

With over 20 years of experience in education, along with a background in military and police personal safety training, I understand the challenges teachers face daily—from inspiring students to managing disruptive behavior.

During the last six years mentoring and training teachers across multiple colleges, I have identified a critical gap: many educators feel underprepared in behavior management and conflict de-escalation. This inspired me to develop targeted, practical solutions to support teachers in creating positive, productive classrooms.

Working with Designated Safeguarding Leads and SEN coordinators, I have created a range of training programs that focus on real-world strategies proven to work in education settings.

Classroom Conflict Solutions offers relatable training based on real-life scenarios, giving teachers the tools to address conflict confidently and effectively.

My mission is simple: to empower educators with skills that make a difference in the classroom. Through tailored, experience-based programs, Classroom Conflict Solutions equips teachers with immediately applicable techniques to manage challenges, reduce classroom disruptions, and create a harmonious learning environment.
