The board of Island Chamber Winds would like to invite local professional classical musicians to a networking wine & cheese event happening on September 4, 2025. We strongly feel that our community will benefit from becoming better acquainted. Who knows what opportunities might arise from this?
Let's chat about some of our successes and challenges in this industry and build our professional networks.
You're invited if you are:
- a professional classical musician of any kind
- a composer
- an arts administrator, arts funder, etc.
- an instrument seller, repair technician, etc.
- an employer of professional classical musicians
- a music student or recent graduate looking to build a career in any of the above
- otherwise adjacent to those categories and feel you would benefit from this event

There is limited parking around The Baumann Centre, so we encourage you to take transit, cycle, or carpool if possible. The venue is located on the second floor and there is a lift available for those with mobility challenges.
