Nothing brings people together like Tapas. Learn how to create five, crowd-pleasing, soul food tapas dishes. First, you might be wondering - what is tapas? Tapas is a very fun and informal way of eating in Spain. It consists of a series of small dishes, usually shared around the table, and does not have the structure of a normal meal (like a starter or main course), but is more about grazing and chatting with friends. It's a fun way to socialise and share food.
Create wonderful connection and food-sharing memories with your friends and family with these knock-out tapas recipes.
Cooking class
Together we will make:�
* Spanish tortilla - celebrated as a national dish by Spaniards, this classic is a must-know
* Albóndigas meatballs in a rich tomato sauce - straight up soul food with Arabic origins
* Moorish chicken pintxo skewers - rich, marinated chicken, do we need to say more?
Demo class
Have a wine or beer with us in the classroom and settle down while Giselle demonstrates:�
* Pan-fried goat’s cheese and honey - a combination made in heaven, a favourite in our restaurant
* Pil-pil prawns - another unique Spanish flavour sensation
Lunch
It's time to eat! Enjoy the dishes you have created with a communal tapas lunch. Anything left over, you will take home with you.
