Classic Series: Under the Stars—Bonfire Night Cheddar Tasting

Inspired by Bonfire Night, this class will be an evening of English revelry!

Did you know that our own cheese monger, Jenn, in addition to being a cheesemaker is also a Certified Cider Professional? She will skillfully guide you thrrough three pairings of cheddar and cider while explaining the background of cheddar and the cheddaring process, as well as how cider came to England and New England.

If you are a lover of all English things, don your tweed suit or waxed jacket, slip into your riding boots and let's celebrate!

To fully participate in the class:
1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as a cheese plate, wine, and accompaniments for one.
2. Show up on the day of class! Class will begin at 5:30pm. This is a standing event in our retail learning setting. The duration of the class is about an hour and a half. After class, there will be time to tour our cheese caves as well as shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!).
3. This event is for 21+. Our staff will check IDs at the door.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know at least 72 hours before the class is scheduled to take place and we will give you a full refund or a credit for a future class. If you don't let us know in advance of the class, you are not entitled to any refund or credit.
