Classic Series: The Smell of Fear—Scary Cheese!

Are you always hunting for the strongest, boldest flavors? Does the thought of a brutally aromatic cheese fill you with joy? Do you wish that the smell of wash rind were available as a perfume because you love it so much? Then you might have what it takes to endure the Smell of Fear.

Join wine & cheese educator (and emcee of pain) Adam Centamore for an evening testing your mettle. Come explore the culinary hellscape of cheese and wine's darker side. You'll sample bold, intense cheeses paired with wines that are every bit as terrifying. Washed rind monsters, blue-veined devils, and everything in between.

It's no-holds-barred. Anything goes. Are you ready to conquer your fears?

To fully participate in the class:
1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as a cheese plate, wine, and accompaniments for one.
2. Show up on the day of class! Class will begin at 5:30pm. This is a standing event in our retail learning setting. The duration of the class is about an hour and a half. After class, there will be time to tour our cheese caves as well as shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!).
3. This event is for 21+. Our staff will check IDs at the door.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know at least 72 hours before the class is scheduled to take place and we will give you a full refund or a credit for a future class. If you don't let us know in advance of the class, you are not entitled to any refund or credit.
